Houghton Library has more than 2500 Indic manuscripts, but only a small number appear in the Hollis Catalog.  To get an idea of the scope of the collection, you can consult Poleman's Census of Indic manuscripts in the United States and Canada.  At the end of each record in the bibliography is a combination of letters and numbers that indicate the location and library call number for the manuscript.  Harvard manuscripts have numbers beginning with H.  For example, Poleman entry #5723 for Rāmacandracandrikā, indicates H 1976.  The Houghton call number for the manuscript is MS Indic 1976.

You can search the Hollis Classic catalog under "search type" "other call number."  A search for "MS Indic" will yield some records, but not all by any means.
