We have Contemporary Literary Criticism online which covers authors who died after 1959, but we do not have the complete Library of Literary Criticism series online.  However the Boston Public Library does have the database.  You can search it remotely once you have an e-card.

As you noted, we do have most of it in print in Widener.  You can use the online Literary Index to search for an author then find the appropriate print volune in the stacks.
