In HOLLIS+, you can select an entire page of records at a time (scroll down to the bottom of the left-hand menu and click "Add Page to My Research").

You can also save records individually (click the checkbox in the top left of the record), but it is not possible to save an entire results set in one click. You can, however, adjust your preferences to increase the number of records that appear on each page.

Once you've selected records, you can export all or a subset of them from the "My Research" page: check all or some of the records in your list and use the upper right menu to email, print, or export (choose your format from the "select how to save" menu).

If you are a Harvard affiliate, any selections made once you're signed in to HOLLIS+ (HUID and PIN) will be saved in "My Research" and appear there any time you are signed in.

N.b.: records stored in "My Research" will appear checked in any searches you conduct while signed in. Iif you subsequently un-check a record, it will be removed from all areas of "My Research."

If you are not a Harvard affiliate, you are still able to select and export records using "My Research," but please be mindful that your selections will be stored only temporarily.

You are also able to select and export records in our other catalog, HOLLIS Classic. After you do a search in that interface you will see a "Select All / Deselect All" button above the results on the left hand side.
