Harvard does have some archival recordings of radio programs.  If you search HOLLIS for radio, and then choose the refine tag "sound recording," you will see a broad selection.  You can also search for particular titles.  However, not all recordings held in Harvard libraries are cataloged in HOLLIS, so it's best to also check with the Harvard libraries and special collections that are appropriate to your subject.

The Internet Archive has an impressive online radio collection as part of their audio archive at  You might also be interested in the American Radio Archives in California.
