The Harvard Libraries have a number of significant postcard collections. The largest probably is:

Postcards of buildings and landscapes, 1920-1984 (inclusive), 1929-1936 (bulk). ca. 40 linear ft.  Loeb Design.

You may search HOLLIS+ (Advanced Search) for Form/Genre "postcards." for a list of around 200 other collections in various other Harvard libraries. Of course you may further limit by library, collection, topic, etc.
