The "Online Access" link in a HOLLIS journal record does not take me to the expected website. What should I do?

Harvard subscribes to resources from a variety of different vendors. The presentation order of journal sources within a HOLLIS record is prioritized based on several factors, including ease of use and most popular date ranges for a given title.

If you’re not able to find the material you had in mind with the “Online Access” quick link in the HOLLIS search results:

  • Click the title link
  • Scroll down to the “Online Access” section of the full HOLLIS listing to view all vendor sources
  • Look for a source that matches your desired date range.

If you don’t see the date range you need or are still unable to get to the resource, have our reference staff take a look- submit a question to Ask a Librarian or click on the Chat button on the right side of the HOLLIS page to connect with someone.
