Why are there blank spaces or missing information in my HOLLIS results?

There are two things that could be happening:

The information hasn’t loaded yet.

Different parts of the page load at different rates, and some information may display before other information has loaded. For example, all of the titles may load first, and then availability information, “View PDF” links, and “Map It” location information may take a few additional seconds to appear. 

A privacy or pop-up blocker is blocking parts of the page.

Different parts of the HOLLIS page come from different sources, and privacy or pop-up blockers may be preventing certain parts of your page from loading. We have seen this happen with the “Get It” info in particular.
