Audiobooks
Do you have any? Where can I find them? How do I search for them?
Streaming audiobooks through Harvard: Naxos Spoken Word Library. You'll need your HarvardKey to access.
Audio books in the Harvard Library: We have only a small number of audiobooks in the physical collection
If you are looking for a particular title, search the HOLLIS catalog and limit the results to format "sound recordings."
There is no perfect way to view all audiobooks in general. One method that gets at most of the choices:
Search HOLLIS for "recorded books" or audiobooks, then in the vertical menu on the right check the boxes for Format: "sound recordings." You can further use the side limiters for language, subject, etc (but be aware that limiting by subject may omit some items that simply haven't been marked with that subject).
Non-Harvard Library sources:
The Cambridge Public Library has an excellent collection of audio books, and you can find audio books to download through the Digital Media Catalog. LibriVox provides free audio files of books in the public domain.
