Yes - On the ground floor of Widener there is a "cafe" that contains machines where you can purchase sandwiches, snacks and drinks.
Go down the main staircase, to the ground floor. From that lobby, turn right. At the end of the hall turn right again, and you will find food and drink. The machines accept coins, bills (up to a $5 bill) and Crimson Cash.
