Yes. You can use both the published and unpublished letters and manuscripts without any restrictions. As of July 2023, Faber and Faber lifted the restriction that unpublished Eliot material needed permission to access.
Any requests to publish Eliot material must be cleared through Faber's Permissions Department www.faberpermissions.com
