Does Harvard provide access to any AI Chatbots or other tools that use generative AI?
This information is constantly changing, and access will vary depending on your Harvard department(s) and affiliation(s). Here are a couple of places to find out what you may have access to:
- HUIT Tools & Services page
- Course staff (some Harvard courses have their own chatbots)
- Your department administrator
- Intranet if your department or area has one
You may also encounter newly added AI chatbot features inside the tools and platforms that Harvard has licensed for your use, such as software packages or library databases. For questions about a specific tool’s potential features, write to Ask a Librarian or to HUIT for guidance.
